Client: TESA CONSORTIUM
Mission: Develop the Strategic Communication Plan for the Consortium
The Trial of Excellence in Southern Africa – TESA is a Regional Network of Excellence, established in 2009 through collaborative effort of the Southern African research institutes and Universities involved in Clinical Trials. This consortium is made up of institutes that collaborate with different levels of development and expertise but complementary in clinical research landscape.
With so many years on the ground, some implementation challenges depict some inadequate communication initiates, hence, the need for consultancy services to develop the Strategic Plan.
In 2023, HSCDL was trusted the mission to develop the strategic communication plan to ensure fulfilment of the Network goals and objectives. Overall, the SCP was intended to increase visibility, efficiency, and sustainability of the TESA network impact of its work and projects locally and abroad among stakeholders at all levels.

Client: TESA CONSORTIUM
Mission: Website redesign, implementation, and maintenance.
Aligned with the implementation of the Strategic Communication Plan developed by HSCDL, and as part of the efforts to increase the visibility of the network, we were trusted the mission to revamp the design of the website, as well as create internal capacity to manage and update the contents of the platform.
The result was a morden new interface that focuses on showcasing the organization activities across the region.

Client: SEARCH
Mission: Website development and implementation
The SouthErn Africa Regulatory for Clinical Research (SEARCH) is a project focused on strengthening regulatory capacity and harmonizing clinical research practices in Southern Africa. It aims to improve the regulatory environment for clinical trials and to ensure that trials are conducted ethically and effectively.
In 2023, HSCDL was trusted to develop a brand new website that would halp promote the project’s activities.
